The fastest and easiest way to schedule your house cleaning is by clicking on the BOOK NOW tab at the top of this page. A regular cleaning is used to maintain your home frequently. we are dusting blinds and baseboards, vacuum carpet, mop floors, etc. If you haven’t had maids coming frequently to your property, you most likely need a deep cleaning. We offer to wipe down blinds, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans and do a more detailed job. If you empty out your property, you can schedule a move out cleaning. In a move out cleaning we offer to clean inside and outside of kitchen cabinets, drawers, refrigerator and freezer. Please refer to this Cleaning Guide for more details.
When you book with us, you have the option to schedule the service one time, monthly, biweekly and weekly. Basically you can have us cleaning your home as often as you need. Notice that we can give you a bigger discount when you sign up for weekly house cleaning services.
Of course, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service, we will return to your home to re-clean the area/task within 24-hours or we’ll apply a credit into your account towards our next visit. This will not apply if you are home upon completion. If you are home and notice that the cleaner overlook something please don’t keep it to yourself, tell the cleaner to re-clean the area or call our office before the cleaner leaves your home. Please contact the office as soon as possible during our normal business hours. Our company X-Act Care Cleaning Services has a 48 HOUR WARRANTY PERIOD from the day of completion of the cleaning. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call within that time frame and we will come out and re-clean the area in question. We work very hard to avoid these issues by training our staff to be careful and detail oriented, and by inspecting our work. Complaints filed more than 48 hours after the completion of cleaning fall outside the warranty period, and unfortunately may not be covered. X-Act Care Cleaning Services will not be held responsible for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly, or usage.
We understand that unexpected changes may happen in your life, that’s why when you cancel 24 hour before the scheduled appointment, you wouldn’t need to pay a cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Same day cancellation fee is $80.
No. We don’t charge upfront fees.
Yes, our maids are equipped with all the cleaning supplies that they need to clean your property to detail. If you want us to use any special cleaning supplies or equipment please call us and we will arrange to provide the best house cleaning experience.
We will do everything possible to send the same cleaning ladies to your home so you have better peace of mind. However, due to scheduling, cancellation and our cleaners’ availability, sometimes will we be forced to send a different crew. It’s more complicated to have the same crew when you re-schedule your appointment.
Our laundry services are very limited and it will depend on the time our cleaning maids have available during your house cleaning. We have a detailed list of what we do and what we don’t do for cleaning in our CLEANING GUIDE.
If our cleaning ladies do some harm to your property, please contact us directly at 469-742-3993 or via email at xactcare@gmail.com. There is a 48 -hour grace period to notify us. Failing to notify us on time gives us understanding that our cleaning went as expected. You are responsible of checking your property during of after our visit.
