Thank you for scheduling a cleaning service with us, please read the important information below to know what to expect the day of your scheduled service
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided if there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a call. We have a 40 minute window arrival time.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee increases to $80 if you cancel within two hours prior to start servicing your property.
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away and we will be back to make it right. We recommend that if you are home, please take the time to check the cleaning work before our maids leave the property.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization.
