Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

A card on file lets us cover any difference between the voucher and your cleaning, such as extras or a larger home, and apply our cancellation policy. Your card is stored by a certified payment processor, never by X-Act Care, and you are only charged after your cleaning.
